Mr. Mannion has represented sports leagues and teams, prospective buyers of sports teams, negotiated stadium leases and vendor agreements, and advised civic and government entities facing team relocation or facility issues. Mr. Mannion has extensive experience negotiating contracts for players, coaches and team and league executives, and advised companies on sports marketing issues. Mr. Mannion served as the President, General Counsel and part owner of a company which developed and managed an 11,000-seat arena, and owned/managed five professional sports teams and real estate holdings. Mr. Mannion also served as Deputy Commissioner, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer of the Continental Basketball Association which was a professional basketball league that served as the developmental league for the NBA.
